A single "click" on the touch screen panel can start the washing and sanitising process of all the food-grade components, from the hopper to the beater and cylinder. There are several pre-set programmes available: rinse, fruit rinse, fruit rinse with seeds, semi-intensive, intensive and sanitizing washing. The water loading and draining are automatic, as well as the loading and dosing of the detergent-sanitiser. Furthermore, the machine features an integrated water heating system.
